The Armored and Warding Blow skills reduce physical damage taken by 10 and magical damage taken by 20 respectively. The Certain Blow Skill is good for characters and weapons don't always have the best accuracy, and adding 40 Hit Rate makes some attacks and weapons easier to use successfully.

That alone makes using nearly any weapon capable of performing a Critical Hit happen way more than normal.

With Death Blow, if the user initiates the battle, your critical hit rate goes up by 30. Luckily, the various Blow Skills, can either strengthen a Stat the unit already excelled in or raise a Stat that isn't the best to begin with. Using Replicate is a power that is both enjoyable and powerful, while still having drawbacks that sometimes can be overcome.Įach character has their own strengths and weaknesses Stat wise, sometimes extremely hindering their effectiveness as a unit. That's not always how I use it, but it is my go to tactic I have for it. One tactic I've learned is to have the original go and fight and proceed through the map, leaving the replica a bit behind or stationary, picking off stray enemies and having a healer close by to heal the replica and original both at once when needed. However, whatever damage or debuffs that are taken by one affects the other, making you be weary of either ones situation, sometimes both at once. I can't tell you how cool it is to be in Attack Stance or Guard Stance with two identical Avatars both with a Yato. It is usually only learned by the Mechanist class, but through castle battling I have got it for both my Avatar and Felicia, without having to change class. So you are essentially able to be in two places at once.

With this skill, the unit can create a replica of itself once per map, with identical Weapons, Skills, and Stats. Replicate isn't at number 2 solely on Combative skills, rather it is this high due to the enjoyment of using it. Whether it be a physical or magical attack, you know you're gonna scorch the competition. It also engulfs the user in mystical blue flames, adding a both metaphorical and literal flare to this skill. On the flip side, half of your Strength Stat to your Magic Stat when using a magical weapon. Ignis adds half of the users Magic stat to their Strength stat when using a physical weapon. Even though I've only seen Robin use this skill, I think other characters who become a Grandmaster will possibly benefit even more. Though that is true, I own a Robin Amiibo, and plan on getting the DLC sometime soon. Sure, excluding certain DLC, the only character that can learn this is the Robin unit obtained through scanning the Amiibo. Being the First and only Amiibo Skill on this list, Ignius is a very visually awesome and viable skill to have. Third of all, I happened to find the next best thing, Ignis. Secondly, I've seen Dragon Fang so much it isn't as cool as it once was. One, having more than 2 of the Avatars exclusive abilities seemed repetitive. While I initially planed to put Dragon Fang on here, I decided against it for three reasons.
